Shipping Method, Form, and Type of Transport
Shipping rules for ordered goods:
Shipments are dispatched within 2 business days from the moment the payment confirmation is credited to the Seller's account.
Within Poland, goods are shipped via DPD or InPost courier, or through InPost Parcel Lockers (Paczkomaty). Pallet shipping is also available to maximize the protection of your order.
International shipments are handled by DPD or freight transport companies offering pallet deliveries. Fees for international shipping are charged according to the carrier's price list.
Transport costs may vary depending on the weight of the shipment or the quantity of items in the order.
We recommend purchasing multiple products in a single cart to avoid duplicating transport costs. We cannot group two separate orders; therefore, shipping costs are applied to each order individually.
Shipped goods are properly packaged and secured. Packaging fees are included in the shipping costs.
Please inspect your package upon delivery. Report any damage directly to the courier or carrier.
