We provide warranty and post-warranty service for EL TRIKE.
Service and Warranty
EL TRIKE comes with a 24-month warranty. The warranty is serviced in Poland, with repairs carried out under the Door-to-Door system and at authorized EL TRIKE service centers.
The warranty does not cover wearable parts such as inner tubes, tires, brake pads, brake discs, bearings, and shock absorbers, except for defects identified within the first 300 km of mileage. To maintain motor tightness, it is recommended to replace the shaft oil seals (simmerings) at least once a year.
To ensure the performance and safety of the scooter, a technical inspection is recommended at least once a year. Failure to perform the recommended inspection does not automatically void the warranty, unless the reported defect resulted from the neglect of required maintenance procedures.

- Please remember that the scooter must be securely packed in its original box or a cuboid-shaped box.
- Clean the scooter before packing. The service center may charge an additional cleaning fee.
- Please note that the warranty does not cover wearable parts such as inner tubes, tires, brake pads, brake discs, bearings, and shock absorbers, except for defects identified within the first 300 km of mileage.
- A courier will pick up the scooter within 2 business days from the date the request is registered.
- If the warranty claim is rejected, shipping costs shall be covered by the applicant.
- The repair will be completed within a maximum of 28 days from the date the shipment is received.
- The service center is not liable for damages occurring during transit caused by improper packaging.
Please provide the address where the courier should pick up the scooter for repair.
Additional Services:
Basic inspection – 250 PLN (checking bolt connections, lubricating moving parts, adjusting brakes, adjusting play e.g., in the steering column and handlebars; brake pad replacement labor included if needed)
Extended inspection – 350 PLN (includes basic inspection scope, battery health test, electronic components check)
